Public ledgerProject 226Record status: ActiveManual records
As of 11 SEP 2026EUREurope/Brussels

Ledger226 is a public record of the complete road to an Ironman-distance race.

Training, recovery, nutrition, performance and expenditure are recorded as ledger entries.

The purpose is not to present a polished highlight reel. It is to create a transparent record of the inputs, outputs, costs and decisions behind the project.

01Ledger rules

  1. Record the work.
  2. Record the cost.
  3. Do not delete bad sessions.
  4. Separate measured data from subjective assessment.
  5. Correct errors transparently.
  6. Keep the ledger public.

02Reading the record

The site contains manually entered, settled ledger records. The reporting date follows the latest public entry. Distances and durations describe recorded activity. Assessments such as training load and recovery status are subjective.

A dash means a measurement is unavailable. A zero means a measured zero or an empty group with no records. Totals sum measured values only; unknown values are never estimated. “Settled” indicates an entry is recorded, not that it has been independently verified.

Entry identifiers are for reference. They do not represent blockchain transactions or cryptographic verification.
